Shackleton Speaks VII: Constellations

I wandered outside after dark last night and found a starry night fit to make Van Gogh weep. After a bit, Shackleton came out looking for me and I pointed out what a beautiful view of the stars was on offer and asked him to find the Big Dipper.

"There it is! He said, pointing in the general direction of the horizon. "And there's the girl with the cell phone in her pocket!"

I think the Greeks missed that one.

Bon weekend tout le monde!

Of course, you know, I'll now head to my constellation guide to try and figure out to what he was referring.

There goes the rest of my weekend.

Cheers.

I think the above comment contains about a zillion naughty links. It's probably time to turn comment moderation on for a while.

Cheers.

A modern take on an old favourite. Wonder what he sees Orion as?

Hey R - Can you believe I couldn't remember how to delete comments? I agree that mysterious Asian comments suggest no good. I did turn on full time comment moderation as they seem to be coming in routinely now.

Hi Mme - I wlll point out Orion and ask him what he thinks it is. I hope you are well.
