Woolfoot and Woolfoot children are far from the Last House as I write. In fact, I am at my sister's lap top in sunny Florida. As an uptight east coast type, I have the usual boring disdain for Florida and yet, disdain and all, I am bleeding the empty Woolfoot accounts to treat the kids and I to a visit with the relations (sister and mother) and to various theme parks, beaches, malls, what have you. Not too good for it after all, I guess. Seventy five degrees and sunny with a light wind stirring the palms. Something to be said for it. Here are a few pictures to give you an idea of what's going on these last few days.

Freezing and Windy
Someone said (Winston Churchill?) "When you are going through hell, keep going." Sound advice, I think, and something that has been occurring to me often lately.
This being Sunday, one should take a little time to reflect. Big picture, all that. Another great leader of the Western World, Bono, gave some other good advice. Woman, be still. I am going to try to follow that one too.
We tried a little skiing this PM. Only two runs, with a cafeteria break inbetween. Kid 1 was not happy for even one minute, well, maybe when I first brought her some hot chocolate.
Be still.
